Arcadia / Pasadena Travel Meets 2025

South Pasadena Tiger Invitational: Friday, April 11th

Arcadia Invitational: Friday, April 11th (evening) and Saturday, April 12th

7am: Meet in VHS parking lot ready for departure

9:15am: breakfast / coffee / bathroom stop in Santa Nella ($10 budget) or pack snacks

9:45am: back on the road

12:35pm: lunch in Lebec (Chipotle, panda express) ($15 budget) or packed sack lunch

1:20pm: back on the road

3:15pm: arrive at hotel

4pm: Team shake out run at park near hotel

4:45pm: Get settled in hotel and ready for dinner

6pm: meet in lobby to walk to Olive Garden for dinner (budget $25)

8:15pm: team meetings

9:30pm: in rooms getting ready for bed

10:30pm: lights out

8am: Breakfast at hotel (provided)

Lunch: Sandwiches parents will pick up or take athletes to lunch ($10 budget)

Dinner: at Meet ($15 budget)

***Jackson and Ty competing at Arcadia Friday evening

Morning: Breakfast at hotel (provided) and some athletes will have a run

Lunch and Dinner out ($30 budget)

8am: Breakfast at hotel (provided). Load bags in cars prior to breakfast.

9am: Depart for VHS

Lunch on the road ($15 budget)

4pm: Arrive at VHS
