Parking : Click on the link for complete directions for parking…it’s VERY detailed. You MUST have a pre purchased parking pass to the meet. The XC program has purchased parking passes for all cleared parent drivers who are driving athletes. You will receive your pass digitally from Coach Rachel.

ITINERARY:
Friday, Sept 20th- Carpool travel day (departure time from VHS, TBD)
Friday afternoon- Shake out run, Back Bay, Newport Beach
Friday after run- check into hotel- Embassy Suites, Orange County Airport, 2120 Main St., Irvine, CA, 949-553-8332
Friday evening dinner- 6:30pm: pasta feed at Embassy Suites
Saturday morning- chill team beach trip, afternoon/evening- RACES!
Sunday- Disneyland
Monday- travel day
